Perfect Flaws and All

Raw, Unfiltered Thoughts
Silent love

Silent love

Always longing and looking,
It broke her heart thinking he could be the one,
She knew she couldn’t force him to love her,
And she was ashamed that she longed for him.

She pondered the name of whom she wanted to hold,
Bruised body and burning tears,
Silent in her pain, silent in heartache,
Excruciating pain tearing her heart.

Tears fell silently as she lay alone,
Holding her breath as tears compounded,
She was nothing he could admire from afar,
That love was silent, so she didn’t speak a word.
